That someone is the person who installed a crappy “WordPress form plugin” that automatically takes every submission and published it under you site. It is doing this for both of your forms, not only exposing the large amounts of spam connects you get but also violating privacy laws by publishing names/phone/email addresses of legitimate people who contacted you.
